Kung Acupuncture is a supportive and nurturing patient-first multi-room clinic located in Austin, Texas and in New York City. We are here to support you in your journey towards a lifestyle of health and balance.
We focus on healing the mind, body, and spirit through natural and effective modalities such as acupuncture, cupping, guasha, moxibustion, tui na, and Chinese herbal remedies.
Our modern philosophy on Acupuncture is to educate the patient so that they may have a better understanding of WHY and HOW Traditional Chinese Medicine works on their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body.
We practice Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities such as Acupuncture, Herbal Remedies, Gua Sha, Cupping, Auricular Acupuncture, Sports Medicine, specializing in Cosmetic Facial Rejuvenation, Joint issues, pain management and the NADA (AcuDetox) protocol.

About Dr. Debbie Kung, DAOM, LAc.
Dr. Debbie Kung, DAOM, LAc. is a board-certified Doctor of Chinese Medicine and a NCCAOM Licensed Acupuncturist in Texas and New York state.
Previous to practicing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Debbie worked in New York City’s Fashion Industry for many years. With her design background, a natural curiosity to learn, she migrated to TCM after having an acupuncture treatment that “changed her life.”
Debbie earned her Master degree and her Doctorate of TCM from Texas Health and Science University in Austin, Texas.
She opened a New York City (Manhattan-based) office treating patients in the fashion, entertainment, financial, and professional sports industries from all over the world.
She has given talks at PopSugar’s Playground, WITMA, NYC WeWork HQ, and Charity:Water.
Debbie also has been featured in L’Officiel Monaco, Glossier, South China Morning Post, Allure, mindbodygreen, and Austin Fit Magazine.
She also sits on the board for Halo Hydration drink and advises for Qi Alchemy. She also advises Essentialist Inc. on their facial guasha techniques, as well.
Dr. Kung has also led facial guasha workshops in Soho House New York City’s Dumbo House, Austin Soho House, and in Taipei, Taiwan.
Recently, she opened an Austin, Texas downtown practice.
Debbie enjoys treating her patients and continues to educate herself in Traditional Chinese Medicine to pass along the information to her patients.
Her motto has always been, “Prevent. Treat. Educate.”
